We never share information with anyone unless we are given written permission by you. If an NDA is required to work together, that’s not a problem.
All your data will be stored in SalesForce – the largest CRM in the world – with security built into every layer of the platform. The infrastructure layer comes with replication, backup and disaster recovery planning. We’ve also added Salesforce Shield, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring and Field Audit Trail for an additional layer of advanced security.
You will receive a status report every Friday at 2:00 pm (PST). You can also request an update any time you need it. We value transparency.
An invoice will be created at the beginning of your transaction and will be emailed to you.
There are several payment options, including Zelle, check, or payment from escrow. If paying through escrow, we ask that you forward the invoice to escrow with instructions on who is responsible for paying the fee.
