What are ABC’s rates?

Will I be charged if my escrow is canceled?

No. There are no cancellation fees, we only get paid if you get paid.

Do you have E & O Insurance?

Yes.

Do you work with platforms such as: Skyslope, Dotloop, Brokermint, KW Command, Transaction Room, Paperless Solution, etc.?

Yes. We will assign you to a Transaction Coordinator who specializes in the platform your office utilizes.

My company does not use a transaction management platform. Can ABC help me?

Definitely! ABC has created our own transaction management software to track and store all documentation related to your real estate transaction.

My office/broker requires special forms. Will you assure these are handled?

Absolutely. Simply forward the forms to your tc.

Can ABC help with a transaction that has already been started?

Absolutely! Just provide us with the information you have collected on the transaction so far, and we can take it from there.

Can ABC draw up listing agreements, purchase contracts or counter offers?

For liability reasons, we’re unable to draw up contracts or write offers. We will gladly get them signed and sent off for you.

Can ABC draw up a Request for Repair, a Response & Reply on Request for Repair or an Addendum for me?

Yes. Once you have the exact verbiage ready, we’re happy to prepare the documents and send them to your clients for signature.

Can ABC schedule inspections for me?

Not at this time. However, we are currently developing a platform to do this in the future.

How secure and confidential are my data and files?

We never share information with anyone unless we are given written permission by you. If an NDA is required to work together, that’s not a problem.

All your data will be stored in SalesForce – the largest CRM in the world – with security built into every layer of the platform. The infrastructure layer comes with replication, backup and disaster recovery planning. We’ve also added Salesforce Shield, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring and Field Audit Trail for an additional layer of advanced security.

Will I receive status reports?

You will receive a status report every Friday at 2:00 pm (PST). You can also request an update any time you need it. We value transparency.

How do ABC Transaction Coordinators get paid?

An invoice will be created at the beginning of your transaction and will be emailed to you.

There are several payment options, including Zelle, check, or payment from escrow. If paying through escrow, we ask that you forward the invoice to escrow with instructions on who is responsible for paying the fee.
